Rain lashed several parts of Pakistan, with hill station Murree and its surrounding areas experiencing continuous downpours, disrupting daily life and raising safety concerns.
According to reports, persistent rain in Murree has caused drains to overflow, while the drop in temperature has intensified the cold weather in the region.
The ongoing spell has also created hazardous conditions at multiple locations, including Jhikagali, where cracks have appeared on the main highway.
Authorities say landslides are continuing in Kausar Colony, posing serious risks to residents and commuters. The situation has prompted the local administration to advise people against unnecessary travel to avoid potential accidents.
Weather conditions are expected to remain unstable, with forecasts indicating that the rain is likely to continue for several more days.
