RAWALPINDI: Former Army Chief General (Retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that he has not given any interview to anyone and those who are claiming it will face legal action.
According to the details, recently the news of famous journalist Shahid Maitla interviewing the former Chief of Army Staff General Bajwa came out, but Bajwa denied the claim of the interview as false. Senior journalist and private TV host Kamran Shahid said on Twitter:

Earlier, well-known journalist Kamran Shahid said in his Twitter message that former Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has given a statement that he has not given an interview to anyone.
Ex COAS Generel Bajwa has just shared with me the following statement “I did not give any interview to any body, I am not allowed to give any statement, comment or interview till 29 Nov 2024…”

Kamran Shahid said that former Army Chief General (retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa says that he has not allowed anyone to publish a statement, comment or interview on my behalf until the date of November 29, 2024.
It should be noted that under the Constitution, former Army Chief General (R) Qamar Javed Bajwa cannot make any statement or comment for two years after his retirement under the Constitution.
