According to a report by Indian Express on Tuesday, despite a sharp drop in earnings on its fourth Monday (December 30) with Rs 6.65 crore net, the lowest so far, the film’s total collection has soared to an estimated Rs 1163.65 crore net across all languages.

In a groundbreaking achievement, the film set a new benchmark for Telugu-language films in the domestic market. The Hindi version outperformed its original Telugu counterpart, amassing Rs 758.65 crore net, compared to Rs 326.31 crore net in Telugu.

The Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada versions contributed Rs 56.95 crore, Rs 14.12 crore, and Rs 7.62 crore net, respectively. With a worldwide gross crossing Rs 1760 crore, Pushpa 2 is now challenging the record set by Prabhas’ Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.
Its enduring popularity highlights its pan-India appeal and the strength of its storytelling and performances. Despite newer releases like Baby John and Mufasa: The Lion King, Pushpa 2 continues to dominate. The New Year’s break might further boost collections before competition intensifies.
