The trophy for the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) was officially unveiled during a ceremony at the National Stadium Karachi on Wednesday.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, Salman Naseer, Chief Operating Officer of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), highlighted the trophy’s design and symbolism.
The PSL Season 11 trophy has been named “Infinity,” reflecting the limitless growth and enduring legacy of the tournament.
According to officials, the Emirates stone used in the trophy features eight corners, representing the eight competing franchises that will battle for the coveted title in the new edition of the league.
Officials further explained that the crescent and star featured on the trophy symbolise the pinnacle of success and achievement.
For the first time in the league’s history, the trophy combines gold, silver, and precious stone in a single design, giving it a distinctive and elegant appearance.
The PSL XI trophy is proudly made in Pakistan, crafted by 18 skilled artisans who worked continuously for nearly 2,000 hours to complete the masterpiece, showcasing the country’s craftsmanship alongside the prestige of the tournament.
The upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League will feature eight teams competing for the Infinity trophy, promising another highly anticipated chapter in the league’s history.
