RAWALPINDI: Quetta Gladiators thrashed Islamabad United by 5 wickets in the ninth match of Pakistan Super League season 5 at Pindi Cricket Stadium today.
Quetta Gladiators chased the target of 188 runs in 19.4 overs. Ben Cutting played explosively and scored 42 runs in just 17 balls with the help of 2 fours and 4 sixes.
Jason Roy was the highest scorer of Quetta side as he scored 50 runs in 38 balls. Sarfraz Ahmed scored 33 runs in 20 balls.
Faheem Ashraf was the most expensive bowler for Islamabad as he gave 46 runs in 4 overs and took 2 wickets.

Islamabad United scored 187 runs for 7 wickets. Colin Ingram played brilliantly and scored 63 runs in just 40 balls and was the highest scorer of his side.
Shadab Khan scored 39 runs for 25 balls. Colin Munro scored 31 runs in just 20 balls.
