Rawalpindi: The district police have failed to trace out a 13-year-old boy who has reportedly been missing from the locality of city’s Cantt in the limits of Police Station (PS) Cantt since October 19.
According to details, the father of the missing child, Usman Ghani resident of Shalley Valley, in his complaint to police said that his son went missing after coming back to home from school.
Talking to M.M News, the missing child’s uncle said that they tried to trace out Usman Ghani in surrounding areas of the school, but failed. “Later, we registered an FIR with Cantt Rawalpindi police station,” he informed.
He further said that the district police had also checked the CCTV footage of the surrounding area but no clue was found. They appealed to the inspector general of police (IGP), chief justice of Pakistan, and senior officials of the district police to recover the missing boy.
