PM’s speech at UN may hurt India: Zartaj Gul

ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Climate Change Zartaj Gul has said that the hopes of the people are attached to Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Zartaj Gul said that the prime minister would deliver his best address in the UN General Assembly today. PM Imran Khan’s speech at the United Nations may hurt India, she maintained. 

She said that the supply of gas to electricity was discussed during the briefing in the federal cabinet, adding that the prime minister understood the importance of Karachi.

Zartaj Gul said that the Sindh government took dangerous revenge from the province, many people are killed in Karachi every day, she claimed.

Regarding the increase in the prices of medicines, he said that Special Health Assistant Faisal Sultan could tell about it. “Taxes are paid on top of income. We are public office employees who take salaries,” she said.

PM Imran Khan will virtually address the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session today.

The prime minister will once again raise the Jammu and Kashmir dispute. In his wide-ranging address, the prime minister will also share Pakistan’s successful handling of the COVID-19 crisis and the debt relief initiative for developing countries and Islamophobia.
