ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will visit the Nowshera district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today.
PM Shehbaz Sharif will inaugurate Rashakai Special Economic Zone phase one during his visit to Nowshera today.
The Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Caretaker Chief Minister, and Ministers will also participate in the inauguration ceremony of the Economic Zone while the concerned officials will give a detailed briefing to the prime minister regarding the project.
It should be noted that Rashkai Economic Zone is also a part of the CPEC project. On the other hand, PM Shehbaz Sharif also launched several projects related to information technology, Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir participated in the seminar as the guest of honor.

The Federal Ministers of Planning, Finance, Defence, Defense Production, Investment Board, Foreign Affairs, Information Technology, and Telecommunication, Information and Broadcasting also participated in yesterday’s ceremony.
The Prime Minister announced the government’s support to turn IT into a dynamic revenue-generating and thriving industry and visited booths set up by IT companies, during which the Prime Minister inaugurated Tech Destination Pakistan, Tech Lift Boot Camp, First Knowledge Park for Women Bagh (Azad Jammu and Kashmir), Agri-Tech Incubator Faisalabad and Center of Excellence in Gaming and Animation.
