ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed the Sindh governor and MPA Haleem Adil Sheikh to expedite relief activities in the flood-affected areas in Sindh.
During a meeting with Sindh Governor Imran Ismail and others on Tuesday, the prime minister directed to take all possible steps for meeting the requirements of the people of those areas affected by recent floods.
وزیر اعظم نے گورنر سندھ عمران اسماعیل اور حلیم عادل شیخ کو ہدایت کی کہ صوبہ سندھ کے سیلاب سے متاثر ہونے والے علاقوں میں عوام کی ضروریات کو پورا کرنے کے حوالے سے ہر ممکن اقدامات اٹھائے جائیں۔

According to a press release of the PM Office Media Wing, Haleem Adil Shaikh, members of the Sindh Assembly and Saifullah Niazi were also present during the meeting.
During the meeting, the PTI leaders also discussed issues pertaining to the early implementation of the Karachi Transformation Plan and the political situation.
On this occasion, the prime minister appreciated the efforts of the Sindh governor and other party leaders for the resolution of people’s problems of the province.
He said that the incumbent government was taking measure steps to facilitate the masses, adding that projects launched for the welfare of people are the manifestation of this fact.
Prime Minister Imran Khan asserted that the development of Karachi is directly related to the development of Pakistan.
PM Imran assured that the federal government was making all-out efforts to play its role regarding the development needs of Karachi, adding that the solutions to problems of Karachi will be addressed.
