Pakistan ready to talk if India revisits August 5 decisions: PM Imran

Prime Minister Imran Khan today (Saturday) admitted that the crisis of wheat and sugar happened due to negligence of the PTI-led government.
Addressing a ceremony of Sehat Insaaf Cards distribution in Lahore today (Saturday), PM Imran said that he knows who benefited from the shortage of these commodities.
PM Imran assured that the incumbent government was making a system through which they will identify the shortage of any product in the future.
He said that the reasons behind inflation were the currency depreciation and account deficits due to previous governments.
The premier said that inquiry was being set up against the rising prices of the essential commodities.
PM Imran said that he never vowed to make Pakistan an Asian tiger, instead of this he vowed to make Pakistan a great nation by following steps of state of Madina.
The premier congratulated Punjab Health Minister Dr. Yasmeen Rashid for distributing health insurance to 5 million families in Punjab.
He said, “Duties on import of health-related equipment have been removed,” adding that this step would bring revolutionary changes.
