Sindh government’s provincial minister Sharjeel Inam Memon criticized Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, saying that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is being targeted under the guise of the PPP.
According to details, during a recent press conference, Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that Punjab government’s attitude of jealousy towards the federal government is beyond understanding.
During the press conference, Sharjeel Memon said that the Prime Minister was targeted in the name of PPP. “Your scriptwriter is giving wrong advice. This is the same scriptwriter who launched the ‘Respect the Vote’ campaign.”
Provincial Minister Sharjeel Memon said that now this scriptwriter is advising Maryam Nawaz to play the Punjab card. “Politics is not done in difficult times; we are worried for the people of Punjab.”
Criticizing the PML-N, Sharjeel Memon said that “those are doing politics who are printing their pictures on biscuit boxes and flour bags, and those are doing it who focus more on TikTok than on work.”
Sharjeel Memon said that PPP leadership never made deals in difficult times and fled the country. “We have always followed principles and have never run away out of fear of threats. The Punjab government wants us to play on their pitch.”
The provincial minister said, “They say my money, my choice; my water, my choice — but nothing belongs to anyone alone. Everything belongs to the whole of Pakistan. Maryam Nawaz should give her scriptwriter a shut-up call for giving wrong scripts. We have no dispute with PML-N or the Punjab government, so what ceasefire are they talking about?”
