The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced changes to the schedule of the ongoing ODI series against Sri Lanka following recent developments. The second match of the three-match series, originally slated for today, has been postponed.
Under the revised schedule, the remaining ODIs will now be held on November 14 and 16, 2025, at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The adjustments were made after consultations between the PCB and Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) to streamline logistics and match operations during a busy international cricket period.
The PCB confirmed that updated match timings will be shared shortly via its official channels.
The schedule changes come after reports that some Sri Lankan players requested a shorter tour due to recent events. The PCB has assured the visiting team and SLC that comprehensive security measures are in place to ensure the series proceeds smoothly.
Revised Schedule:
2nd ODI: November 14, 2025 — Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium
3rd ODI: November 16, 2025 — Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium
While these adjustments have caused a minor disruption, both boards remain committed to completing the series in a safe and professional environment. The updated timetable provides clarity for players and fans, ensuring the series retains its competitive significance despite the challenges.
