Fast food workers in Karachi, Pakistan have been ranked forth friendliest workers in the world, according to a report released on Friday.
Spin Casino conducted research on the most popular fast-food chains globally, including McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, Subway, and Starbucks. The analysis encompassed customer ratings, considering service quality and overall visitor experience.
In Pakistan, fast-food restaurant visitors gave an average service rating of 4.32 out of 5. The statement highlighted the significance of local cultural etiquette in Pakistan, with workers exemplifying excellent customer service for a remarkable visitor experience.
Despite America’s historical association with fast food, Washington D.C, the capital of the US, ranked 68th globally with a rating of 3.63 out of 5. London trailed even further with a rating of 3.58, securing 71st place.
The report suggested that the lower ratings in countries like the UK, US, and Australia could be attributed to the high density of fast-food establishments, necessitating significant staff numbers to handle demanding customer volumes.
The statement emphasized the ubiquity of fast-food chains, noting their role as convenient options for quick meals, evolving from luxuries to essentials.
Fast food remains a global favorite due to its affordability, speed, and convenience, with the statement revealing that 95 percent of individuals had consumed items such as burgers, fries, shakes, and chicken nuggets in the past year.
