KARACHI: At least 91 more people have died in Pakistan due to the global coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
The death toll from coronavirus in the country has risen to 25,094. According to the latest figures released by the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), 4,075 more people have tested positive for the coronavirus in the past 24 hours. The total number of coronavirus cases in the country has reached 11 lakh 31 thousand 659.
According to the NCOC, 59,943 tests were performed on coronavirus in the last 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, the rate of positive cases across the country was 6.79 percent.

The number of cases of coronavirus in Sindh is 422,418, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 157,721, in Punjab 382,332, in Islamabad 96,771, in Balochistan 31,865, in Azad Kashmir 30,865 and Gilgit-Baltistan has reached 9,687.
The highest number of deaths due to coronavirus was in Punjab where 11,605 people lost their lives while 6,627 in Sindh, 4,819 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 852 in Islamabad, 170 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 336 in Balochistan, and 685 in Azad Kashmir.
In the last 24 hours, 2,857 cases of the virus have infected coronavirus across the country, bringing the number of healthy people to 1,015,519 while the number of active cases to 91,046.
