The federal government has embarked on an extensive recruitment drive, with the Establishment Division approving the filling of over 1100 vacancies within federal ministries and subordinate institutions.
This initiative seeks to address a total of 1,102 vacant positions ranging from grades 1 to 17.
Operating under the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), the District Health Office, Islamabad, has been authorized to recruit 12 Medical Officers (Grade 17).
Moreover, the National Library is preparing to hire individuals for Grade 16 and 17 positions, while the Information Service Academy will bring on board five personnel for roles ranging from Grade 1 to 13. The Defense Division is also in the process of filling 206 positions spanning from Grade 4 to 15.
In a bid to enhance opportunities, the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis intends to employ 66 individuals for roles ranging from Grade 1 to 15, with an additional 429 positions, including 85 regular posts, designated for PIMS Hospital.
The Ministry of Defense (GHQ) is looking to fill vacancies for an Information Officer (Grade 17) and a Computer Operator (Grade 16), while the Federal Government Polyclinic Hospital aims to fill 77 positions ranging from Grade 1 to 15.
Likewise, the Establishment Division has earmarked 85 vacancies for Grade 4 to 15 within the Ministry of External Affairs, six positions for Grade 16 within the Staff Welfare Organization, and 13 positions ranging from Grade 1 to 14 in the Pakistan Public Administration Research. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is also set to welcome 199 new recruits for positions ranging from Grade 1 to 15.
