ISLAMABAD: The list of the most expensive countries in the world has been released, in which Pakistan has surpassed Sri Lanka, the default country.
A list of countries around the world related to food inflation has been released by the website Trading Economics. According to the released list, Lebanon has been declared the most expensive country in the world with 352 percent inflation. With 0.4 percent, China has the lowest food inflation rate in the world.

In the list of the most expensive countries, Venezuela is second with 158 percent, Zimbabwe is third with 108 percent, and Iran is fourth in the list with 71.5 percent. Similarly, the Islamic country of Turkey is in the eighth position with 53.92 percent.
Pakistan is ranked 13th with 48 percent after inflation. Pakistan’s neighboring country India is ranked 152nd with 3.84 percent while Bangladesh is ranked 111th with 9.09 percent.
