The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has urged citizens to use its Pak ID mobile application to conveniently obtain Family Registration Certificates (FRCs) without visiting service centers.
According to an awareness message, the Pak ID app allows users to apply for the FRC directly from their smartphones, select the required option, and receive the certificate digitally.
The initiative aims to make identity-related services more accessible, reduce waiting times, and promote digital governance across the country. Citizens can also track applications and access other identification services through the platform.
NADRA has encouraged the public to download and use the app for faster processing of documents and improved service delivery. For assistance, users can contact the helpline at 1777 or visit the official website www.nadra.gov.pk.
