Manager of the Camel library, Syeda Basharat Kazmi said, “This is one of the unique mobile libraries in Pakistan. The camel library also distributes free books among the less privileged children, she added.
Syeda further said through the library several books were distributed to far-flung areas of Balochistan. Alif Laila Book Bus Society’s basic objective is to evolve solutions to Pakistan’s educational problems and within the given socio-economic constraints, she added.
It has made Interactive Learning Aids for Early Childhood Education and has developed free resources and the most unique feature which is not offered by any organization in Pakistan is its library on wheels.
It is worth mentioning here in 2019, Pakistan Air Force Women Association (PAFWA) introduced four mobile libraries in a bid to bring books closer to the children in the form of a mobile library.
