ISLAMABAD: Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry on Saturday said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s departure has affected Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s accountability narrative.
In a tweet on Saturday, the federal minister that the inquiry into Nawaz Sharif’s medical reports was also the right decision of the government.

Fawad Chaudhry said that Nawaz Sharif’s departure for London had shocked the statement and accountability process of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). The Federal Minister also wrote that those who have a role to play in the preparation of fake reports should set a precedent.
Earlier, the federal minister said that talks were also held in the federal cabinet for the return of Nawaz Sharif. “Procedures will be worked out for the return of the former prime minister,” he added.

Yesterday, Federal Information Minister Shibli Faraz had said that he had decided to contact the British government through the Foreign Office to bring Nawaz Sharif back.
He said that Nawaz Sharif has settled in London under the pretext of illness, he did not even get an X-ray there, he should come back. Shibli Faraz said that Nawaz Sharif should come back and answer all his questions in the courts. He is sitting in London and contacting everyone.
