LAHORE: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s platelets dropped again as the doctors tried to reduce the steroids offered to him, said former premier’s personal physician Adnan Khan.
Medical Superintendent of Services Hospital Lahore, Dr. Saleem Shahzad Cheema has said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s platelets have increased but not to the normal level.
Dr. Adnan, tweeted, saying, “Former Premier Nawaz Sharif remains critical. The treating doctors tried to reduce the Steroids dose being given to him but unfortunately the Plateletes dropped in count again which has come down to 38*10^3/uL yesterday.”
