For Pakistanis living abroad or those planning to go overseas for work or study, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is responsible for issuing National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).
NICOP holders can travel to Pakistan without needing a visa. Pakistani nationals traveling to Arab countries for employment must also obtain a NICOP by following the required process and paying the applicable fee.
NICOP Fees for Saudi Arabia
NADRA offers three application categories for the fresh NICOP: Normal, Urgent, and Executive. Each category has different processing times and fees:
- Normal: 75 Saudi Riyals
- Urgent: 110 Saudi Riyals
- Executive: 150 Saudi Riyals
NICOP Fees for UAE
- Normal: 75 Dirhams
- Urgent: 110 Dirhams
- Executive: 150 Dirhams
NADRA offices are fully operational at the Pakistani Missions in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, offering a range of services, including NICOP issuance, Computerized Registration Certificates (CRC), Family Registration Certificates (FRC), and biometric verification for succession certificates.
