Money laundering case: PM and Hamza Shehbaz will be indicted on Sept 7

LAHORE: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz were summoned on September 7 for indictment in the FIA money laundering case.

According to the details, the FIA money laundering case against the prime minister and Hamza Shehbaz was heard in the Special Court Lahore.

PM Shehbaz Sharif Shehbaz and Hamza Shehbaz’s request for exemption from today’s attendance was approved. During the hearing, Hamza Shehbaz’s lawyer presented his medical reports in court.

The prosecutor opposed Hamza Shehbaz’s request for immunity from attendance. The FIA prosecutor said in his arguments that the accused stopped appearing in court as soon as the bail is granted.

The prosecutor also submitted the death certificate of the accused Malik Maqsood in court. The prosecutor said that the accused was confirmed dead. During the hearing, FIA also presented the property records of accused Sulaiman Shehbaz.
