Minister Nasir Shah asks people to learn living with coronavirus

KARACHI: Sindh Minister Information and Local Government (LG), Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has said that people should learn to live with the coronavirus.
Syed Nasir Hussain Shah said that the extension in lockdown is meant to ensure the safety of people. The minister said that the Pakistan People Party (PPP)’s government is very well aware of the problems of the masses.
Nasir Shah said that ban will remain enforce over public gatherings and marriage halls. “People should discharge their daily work with a sense of responsibility by adopting SOPs set to control over COVID-19 outbreak,” he added.
The Sindh government had extended lockdown measures for one month as the partial restrictions on public movements, business activities and closure of educational institutions will be continued till 15th August.

Earlier, he said that the Sindh government is fully aware of the troubles of the marriage hall owners, and a decision to reopen the halls will take under the guidelines given by the federation.
The current situation of the country, all sectors have been badly affected, but there is no compromise on human lives, he added.  The Sindh government has always stood by its people and business community, adding that we will soon defeat this epidemic together.
