LONDON: Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday night arrived in London to seek medical treatment.
Nawaz Sharif was accompanied by his brother and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif.

On the other hand, former finance minister Ishaq Dar has reached London’s residence of Nawaz Sharif where he would hold an important meeting with the PML-N chief.
According to the sources, Nawaz Sharif will spend the rest of the day at his residence and will pay a visit to doctors on Thursday.

The former premier was given a detailed examination by doctors who advised him to travel abroad for further medical treatment.
Earlier on Tuesday, Nawaz left for London in an air ambulance which arrived at Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore from Doha. He reached London Heathrow after a brief stopover in the Qatari capital.

On November 16, the Lahore High Court (LHC) allowed Nawaz Sharif to travel abroad by turning down government conditions of submitting an indemnity bond.
