Medical report of Nazim Jokhio reveals friction marks on his body

KARACHI: A medical report of Nazim Jokhio’s murder in the Malir district has been obtained. The investigation team visited the spot along with the victim’s family and recorded the statements.

According to details, the investigation into the murder case of Nazim Jokhio is underway in Karachi. Investigative sources said that the investigation team visited the spot along with the family members of the deceased and recorded the statements of the people living nearby.

PPP MPA Jam Awais was arrested in the case but the two accused named in the FIR are still absconding and their search is on. Additional Police Surgeon Dr. Samia Syed briefed the media about the medical report.

The Additional Police Surgeon said that according to the medico-legal report, the entire body of the slain Nazim Jokhio was tortured and large marks of nails were found on his face, head and hands, and feet. Friction marks were found on the back of the body and on the back.

According to the medico-legal report, the victim had severe swelling on both hands, blood clots in the brain, and bruises on the head. There were no signs of handcuffs, no bruises on the thighs and chest.

The victim was not strangled by hanging or hanging, nor was there any evidence of a fracture or bone fracture. It should be noted that the body of Nazim Jokhio was found two days ago in Malir district on which the alleged violence of a Sindh Assemblymember was revealed.

The family of Nazim Jokhio alleged that Nazim Jokhio posted a video on social media after which Sindh Assembly member Jam Awais called them to his house and brutally tortured Nazim Jokhio to death.
