Man kidnaps, thrashes younger brother over property dispute

RAWALPINDI: A man in Rawalpindi allegedly kidnapped and thrashed his younger brother over a property dispute, according to the victim’s father.

According to details, the man allegedly tried to occupy the property of his younger brother. In this regard, the victim’s father, a resident of Gujjar Khan, informed that his eldest son Farrukh kidnapped the younger brother, Noman with the help of local land grabbers.

“Almost eight people kidnapped my younger son on gunpoint. A few days later, Noman was admitted to a hospital, where drug addicts are treated,” the victim’s father informed.

The father further informed that his younger son does not take any kind of drugs and is healthy. “However, due to the influence of my elder son, the hospital administration has admitted Noman to blackmail him,” he added.

The victim’s father has appealed to the concerned authorities to take notice of the case and make justice with his son and family.

Earlier in 2019, a man killed two younger brothers following a property dispute in Hafizabad’s Lakhiya village. The elder brother committed the heinous crime in order to confiscate 32-acre land.
