KARACHI: A man was found naked in the trunk of a car parked inside an upscale mall in Clifton area of Karachi.
The man was discovered and rescued from the trunk of a parked Suzuki Mehran after people heard at the Dolmen mall, Clifton. As per the social media, despite people wanting to help the battered man trapped in the trunk, Dolmen Mall security prevented them from doing so.
Mall security cordoned off the limited area surrounding the car and waited for police to arrive. “They saw a naked man, not mentally stable or tortured inside an AWM560 Mehran,” the guard said.
“He smelled as if he was there for 3-4 days in the car. There is no update on who owns the vehicle, the identity of the man, his mental and physical health, all these are still unknown.
Moreover, a roadside traffic accident had claimed eight lives on Lasbela National Highway in Balochistan. The bus was going to Karachi from Quetta. The bus turned the turtle when it reached Othal near Lasbela, killing eight persons on the spot and injuring 22 others, who were shifted to Bela Civil Hospital.
