Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai arrived in Pakistan today, where she was welcomed by Parliamentary Secretary Farah Naz Akbar.

Along with Malala’s arrival, other international guests have also arrived to participate in the conference. The Minister of Education from Kyrgyzstan has also reached Pakistan to attend the event.

Recently, when Afghanistan’s Taliban government created obstacles to women’s education, it was Malala who spoke out, urging the Taliban to promote education for women in the country.
