Madrassah students should be taught science too: PM October 19, 2019 Salima Bhutto ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that besides Islamic teachings, Madrassah students should also be taught science. The prime minister earlier met with religious scholars, where they assured him of complete cooperation for improvements in Madrassahs. The prime minister revealed the concern that the students of Madrassah should also be given education in subjects of science and technology. According to sources, the prime minister and Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Chairman Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman met. During the meeting, Maulana Tahir Ashrafi and other scholars also met the prime minister.
