KARACHI: After two days of scorching heat, Karachi is likely to experience thundershowers this afternoon or evening, the Meteorological Department said on Saturday.
According to the Met Office, the weather in the city is likely to remain partly cloudy during the next 24 hours.
The department has forecast the maximum temperature to reach 36 degrees Celsius in the metropolis today.

Meanwhile, the minimum temperature recorded in the city during the last 24 hours was 29.5 degrees Celsius, it added.
Sea winds are blowing at a speed of 8 kilometers per hour in the city, with humidity recorded at 82 per cent.
