The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted a spell of light rains in Karachi from Monday.
According to the PMD’s Early Warning Centre, light rain/drizzle is expected to lash the city, which can persist for two consecutive days, starting from Monday.
Under these conditions, partly cloudy weather is expected in most districts of the province on Monday night.
The country’s upper and central regions are being affected by west winds, which is what is causing the weather pattern and the forecast cloudy conditions. Light rain and thundershowers are also anticipated in Sindh’s northern rural districts.
However, rain-wind/ thunderstorm is likely in Kashmore, Sukkur, Khairpur, Jacobabad, Dadu, Ghotki, Nawabshah, Sanghar, Hyderabad, Karachi and Larkana.
On Tuesday, rain- wind/thunderstorm is likely in Kashmore, Sukkur, Dadu, Ghotki, Sanghar, Hyderabad, Karachi, Mirpurkhas and Umer Kot.
In Karachi, maximum temperature is likely to remain in the range of 32-34 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and Wednesday.
