Kanwal Shauzab, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and a former member of parliament, is the latest victim of an alleged leaked obscene video of her. The PTI leader in her apparent reaction termed the video doctored by the social media of Pakistan Muslim League.
She said that whoever is trying to blackmail her is wasting his or her time. Replying to a question who is the hacker and how is leaked audio videos are taking place in the country, the PTI leader said whoever the hacker is, the audio and videos cannot be leaked without a domestic hand.

She complained that despite complaints with the FIA, the cybercrime wing is unable to trace the issue. In Pakistan, Twitter users with 18 to 20 followers can be arrested by the FIA cybercrime wing, but people like these have been given licenses to defame anyone.
Kanwal Shauzab, also posted screenshots of a WhatsApp conversation in which she was threatened with paying $50,000 to stop the leak of her videos. The PTI leader claimed that there are other PTI women leaders who are also being ‘blackmailed’ in the same way.
