Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released a new song for March 23 i.e. Pakistan Day which is a celebration of the resolve of the nation to stay united and steadfast on the path to prosperity.
The title of the song is ‘Shaad Rahe Pakistan’ (Long Live Pakistan)was released by the ISPR on its official Twitter account. The anthem was sung by singer, songwriter, composer, music director Shuja Haider and Yashal Shahid. Yasir Jaswal has directed the anthem.

According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), this year’s Pakistan Day is of special significance due to the ‘Diamond Jubilee’ of the beloved homeland. This year has been declared as the Diamond Jubilee Year of Pakistan’s Independence. For this reason, the 82nd Pakistan Day is unique and special. A wonderful traditional parade of the Armed Forces will be held on Pakistan Day.
The theme of the Pakistan Day promo series is “Shad Rahe Pakistan” which is a prayer and is taken from “Markaz-e-Yaqeen Shad Bad” included in the national anthem.
