The most affected groups include remote workers, freelancers, digital marketers, and students relying on online classes, as slow internet speeds severely impact productivity and learning.
In Karachi, neighborhoods such as Saddar, Liaquatabad, FB Area, and Gulistan-e-Jauhar have been hit hardest, with residents reporting prolonged delays in transmitting media files. Complaints of inconsistent internet speeds are also widespread, with many users voicing frustration over unreliable services.
The situation is particularly concerning as uninterrupted internet access is crucial for the digital economy.
