ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting, Firdous Ashiq Awan said the plan of Indian Government to put Pakistan Financial Action Task Force (FATF) blacklist has failed miserable.
In a series of tweet, the special assistance said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is trying to show real positive image of Pakistan to the world through his earnest efforts.
She further added that FATF has also praised the endeavours by the incumbent government to control money laundering and terrorism, adding that more work needs to be done.
She also maintained that the International community has acknowledged the serious commitment of Pakistan to improve its reputation and status.
In the case of incumbent government, she revealed that the concerned authorities are work tirelessly for the welfare of the countrymen.
She questioned the rationale of using militia and groups to tarnish the image and identity of the country by some elements at this sensitive time.
