Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi has admitted that during Operation Sindoor, Pakistan had complete satellite information about the location of India’s aircraft, planes, and units.
In May 2025, Pakistan and India were involved in one of their most serious military confrontations in decades. During the aerial battles on May 6–7 and beyond, Pakistan’s military shot down multiple Indian fighter jets, including advanced Rafale aircraft.
Speaking at a press conference in New Delhi, Indian Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi once again resorted to threats and leveled allegations against Pakistan.
During the press conference, the Indian Army Chief acknowledged that during Operation Sindoor, Pakistan possessed full satellite intelligence regarding which of India’s aircraft, planes, and units were positioned where.
According to Indian news agency ANI, General Upendra Dwivedi said that through satellites, Pakistan had complete information about which aircraft, central units, or planes were moving where.
General Upendra Dwivedi also admitted that the situation in Jammu and Kashmir is sensitive, although he claimed that the situation is under control.
The Indian Army Chief further said that Pakistan and China have established a rocket force, and that India also needs to set up a similar rocket force.
