KARACHI: A man allegedly stabbed his wife to death in Ali Muhammad Goth and buried her inside the house.
The accused escaped after killing his wife. Bin Qasim Police confirmed the incident and said that the body of the woman had been shifted to the hospital for legal proceedings.
The victim’s father said that his daughter was killed by her husband with a sharp knife. The father added, “My daughter was killed and her body was buried inside the house.”
He said that his daughter was a mother of three children and the accused escaped after the murder. Earlier, in a similar incident of domestic violence, a man allegedly tortured his wife to death in the Baldia Etihad Town area of Karachi.
The police spokesperson said that the body of the woman, identified as Ayesha, was shifted to the hospital for further examination. Meanwhile, Ayesha’s husband Barkat Ali fled the scene after committing the crime and the police are looking for him.
