Game Changer, a Telugu-language action film featuring Ram Charan in a dual role and Kiara Advani, has garnered a mixed reception from both audiences and critics.
According to The Economic Times, the film was produced on an extravagant budget of Rs 400 crore, placing it among the most expensive Indian films ever made.
However, despite the high production value, the film struggled to make a significant impact at the box office, failing to surpass the Rs 150 crore mark.
Plot
Ram Nandan (Ram Charan) is an IAS officer grappling with anger management issues. Known for his integrity, he remains steadfast against corruption, striving to make Visakhapatnam free from corrupt practices.

In parallel, Andhra Pradesh’s Chief Minister Bobbili Satyamurthy (Srikanth), who has long been associated with corruption, undergoes a personal transformation. He directs his sons, Mopidevi (SJ Suryah) and Maavera Munimanikam (Jayaram), along with his ministers, to run a corruption-free administration for the upcoming year. When Ram Nandan confronts Mopidevi, who harbors ambitions of becoming the next chief minister, their clash alters the course of both their lives and the future of Andhra Pradesh.

Game Changer is set to make its OTT debut on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2025. According to a report in March 2024, Amazon Prime Video has acquired the digital rights for the film.
