Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has introduced the Punjab Asaan Karobar Finance and Card Schemes to boost business activity across the province.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, she announced, “The Asaan Karobar Finance Scheme will offer interest-free loans ranging from Rs1 million to Rs30 million, repayable in convenient installments.”
Moreover, loans between Rs500,000 and Rs1 million will be disbursed through the Asaan Karobar Card. Interested applicants can apply online and access more information via the helpline at 1786.
The scheme also includes the provision of land at highly subsidized rates to encourage the establishment of small businesses. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz emphasized that this finance initiative marks a historic milestone, offering interest-free loans of up to Rs30 million for the first time in the province’s history.
How to apply
You must have scanned copies or clear visible pictures of the following documents ready before you start your application:
- Passport Size Picture / Selfies
- CNIC – Front Side
- CNIC – Back Side
Please ensure the following before starting your application:
- A Mobile Number Registered with your CNIC.
- Names, copies of CNIC, and mobile numbers of two references (not blood relatives).
- You are an Active Tax Filer.
- Provide details of business income and expenses as applicable.
- Copy of Rent Agreement/ Transfer Letter/ Registry for Business and Residence Addresses, whatever applicable is available.
- Ensure you meet the application criteria.
- You must have the Application Fee available.
- You must have the Detail of Security to be offered for T2 Loans e.g. Property Transfer Letter / Registery / Fard / Government Securities etc.

- Processing on your application shall be begin after submitting the complete form and Depositing the Fee.
- Application Submission Fees for Tier 1 is PKR 5,000 (Fees is Non-Refundable)
- Application Submission Fees for Tier 2 is PKR 10,000 (Fees is Non-Refundable)
- Once submitted, your application registration number will appear on the screen and via SMS.
- You will receive SMS updates or check the status on the website.
