Famous Hollywood actor Julian McMahon has passed away at the age of 56 after a battle with cancer, as reported by international media on Saturday.
According to details, the actor, who played the lead role in the popular TV series Nip/Tuck and became famous for portraying Doctor Doom in the 2000s Fantastic Four films, has departed from this mortal world.
The actor’s death was confirmed through a statement on the official Nip/Tuck Facebook page. In addition, his wife, Kelly McMahon, also told an American website that her husband passed away while battling cancer.
McMahon starred alongside Dylan Walsh in Nip/Tuck, a series centered on the lives of two glamorous plastic surgeons and their complex professional and personal affairs. This series ran for six seasons between 2003 and 2010 and was nominated for 18 Primetime Emmys.
McMahon was also known for his roles in popular shows like Charmed, where he played the demon Cole Turner, further cementing his status as a fan favorite on television.
Beyond his acting career, he was admired for his charisma, versatility, and dedication to his craft, inspiring colleagues and viewers alike over more than three decades in the entertainment industry.
