Famous Pakistani actress Hania Aamir has earned a prestigious spot on the list of the “Top 50 Asian Celebrities in the World,” securing the 9th position.
The 27-year-old star, one of Pakistan’s leading actresses of 2024, has surpassed several global icons, cementing her place on the internationally recognized list published by a UK-based weekly newspaper.
Hania’s rise on the global stage is attributed to her stellar performances in hit dramas and her positive influence as a role model. She is the only Pakistani celebrity to make it into the top 20, ranking ahead of international stars from Hollywood, Bollywood, the music industry, television, literature, and social media.
Asjad Nazir, the entertainment editor who curates the list, highlighted Hania’s impact in 2024. He noted, “The top Pakistani talent generated a lot of headlines this year and saw her global popularity surge. Her lead roles in several successful dramas captivated millions worldwide and showcased her impressive acting skills. As the most followed Pakistani star on Instagram, she has become a positive role model, openly discussing important issues like mental health.”

The Top 50 list is compiled based on factors such as professional achievements, positive impact, boundary-breaking, fan engagement, and inspiration. Public input also played a significant role, with readers and social media users nominating their favorite stars.
Reflecting on her success, Hania shared that acting is her true passion. “I’m a director’s actor and love taking on unique roles. The love and support from my audience inspire me to continuously push myself and step out of my comfort zone,” she said.
