Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar said on Sunday that PTI Chairman Imran Khan would have to first seek forgiveness from the nation for the incidents of violence witnessed on May 9 before talking about the resumption of talks.
Talking to private TV channel, Dar said Imran would have to take responsibility for May 9 violence.
He went on to say that it was Pakistan Democratic Movement’s (PDM) leadership which would decide on the resumption of dialogue. “However, in my opinion, talks with the PTI are difficult at this stage,” he added.
He further said the government had set three conditions for talks with the PTI.
