Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Friday, mirroring the downward in the international market.
In the local market, the price of gold per tola dropped by Rs8,100 to settle at Rs491,362.
Likewise, the rate for 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs6,945, bringing it down to Rs421,263, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Thursday, the price of gold per tola plummeted Rs24,300 to settle at Rs499,462.
Globally, gold prices also saw a sharp drop of $81, reaching $4,686 per ounce (including a $20 premium).
Silver prices followed the same downward trend, falling by Rs50 to settle at Rs7,684 per tola.
