In a horrific incident in the Indian state of Assam, a 28-year-old woman was gang-raped at knifepoint in front of her boyfriend.
According to Indian media, this horrific incident took place on February 19, and a case has been registered on the complaint of the victim.
According to the police, the victim has stated that the attackers kidnapped her and raped her one by one.
The rapists later forced her to transfer Rs 10,000 from her account to another account.
The family said that their daughter was in a car with a friend on the bypass road a few kilometers away when suddenly a group of animal-like men appeared.
The accused pulled both of them out of the car and carried out the incident by threatening to kill the boyfriend.
Police say that the victim has identified two accused, 25-year-old Nilotpal Das and 27-year-old Sabol Das, who are now in police custody.
According to the police, the victim has been medically examined and a detailed statement has been recorded, while raids are being conducted to find the other accused.
It should be remembered that India is now being called Rapistan due to the increasing incidents of sexual assault during the Modi government.
Human rights organizations also say that under the Modi government, a cow is safe, which is considered a goddess and protected, but women are not safe.
