Five terrorists who attacked the Police Training School in Dera Ismail Khan have been killed, while seven police personnel were martyred in the encounter.
DSP Hafiz Muhammad Adnan said that the operation at the Police Training School was completed late at night, with both police and security forces taking part.
According to the DSP, seven officials were martyred in the attack, while five terrorists, including a suicide bomber, were sent to hell. The hospital director stated that 13 injured personnel were brought to the DHQ Trauma Center.
Two hundred police officers and recruits were rescued during the attack, and both the training school and NADRA office were cleared during the operation, according to teh DG Public Relations Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
It should be noted that terrorists carried out a suicide attack on the D.I. Khan Police Training School at around 8:30 p.m. last night. Thirteen injured personnel were shifted to the DHQ Trauma Center.
