Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi’s big announcement for those travelling abroad is that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has set up pre-departure facilitation desks in all zonal offices.
In a tweet, Mohsin Naqvi said this is a great convenience for those travelling abroad; immigration guidance will now be available at the pre-departure desk.
Mohsin Naqvi said FIA’s pre-departure desks are immediately operational, and passengers will have ease in clearance and immigration.

He said we are making travel more seamless for international travellers. FIA pre-departure facilitation desks will be available at airports and border points, Mohsin Naqvi said.
He said pre-departure guidance will now be available via phone, email and in person.
