Bollywood actor, writer, and director Farhan Akhtar has officially confirmed that the much-anticipated female-led road-trip film Jee Le Zaraa is back on track with the original cast Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif.

Akhtar recently provided a definitive update, putting an end to speculation that the project had been shelved.
He revealed that aligning the schedules of the three in-demand stars was “traumatic” and caused significant stress and self-doubt for him over the past few years.
The film is officially back in motion and not shelved.
The original trio of Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif remains intact.
The primary challenge was coordinating dates around the actresses’ global commitments and personal milestones (all three became mothers since the film’s 2021 announcement).
Fans who have waited anxiously for this “dream cast” to come together for this unique female friendship narrative can now look forward to production starting in the near future.
Will Priyanka Chopra be replaced from female-led movie ‘Jee Le Zara’?
