KARACHI: Shahid Afridi, a former cricket star and interim head selector, was photographed at a large Tableeghi Jamaat annual gathering that took place in Karachi on Sunday.
Images of Shahid Afridi quickly went viral on social media as thousands of people crowded into the Tableeghi Jamat assembly.
The 45-year-old may be seen drinking tea during the yearly occasion in the viral pictures. After attending the enormous celebration, he is seen napping in another image.

At the religious ceremony where eminent scholars offered special prayers, Governor of Sindh Kamran Tessori and MQM leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui were also present.
With millions of members, Tablighi Jamaat is one of the biggest religious movements in the world, especially in Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh. Members of the Jamaat also travel to many nations to spread the teachings of Islam.
