Renowned morning show host Nadia Khan has offered sincere advice to her colleague Nida Yasir, suggesting she should apologize for recent controversial remarks made about motorbike delivery riders.
Nida Yasir is currently embroiled in a fresh controversy after her statements regarding delivery riders on her show sparked severe backlash on social media a few days ago.
During her program, Nida Yasir had stated that delivery riders often intentionally do not carry change (loose cash) so they can keep the extra money. She claimed that she always arranges the exact change beforehand so the rider doesn’t face delays in their next delivery.
This attitude drew sharp criticism from numerous delivery riders, who formally demanded an apology from her.
As the criticism intensified, Nadia Khan spoke out in defence of her friend but advised her to offer an apology.
“I know Nida very well; she is a very kind-hearted and sympathetic person. Sometimes, you say something unintentionally that ends up hurting others. I think her statement was misunderstood; she truly understands people’s hardships,” Nadia Khan said.

Nadia Khan further added that in live shows, one is constantly speaking, and sometimes a phrase can become hurtful. She believes Nida will certainly apologize, emphasizing that “it will not diminish her in any way; she herself does not like hurting anyone.”
