A shocking incident has sparked fear and anger in the village of Kharipar Sharif, near Patoki, where two men sexually assaulted a 14-year-old deaf-mute girl.
According to a report by Daily Pakistan on Saturday, the assailants lured the victim to a nearby location while she was fetching water from a pump. Identified as Adeel and Husnain, they forcibly took her to an abandoned house, where they sexually assaulted her and recorded the act.
Local residents quickly responded to the commotion, causing the attackers to flee, and the girl was taken to a nearby medical facility. Her uncle filed a complaint, which led to the registration of a First Information Report (FIR).
An investigation was launched immediately, resulting in the arrest of one suspect, while police continue to pursue the second. The community has expressed outrage over the incident, calling on DPO Kasur to take swift action. Residents are demanding strict measures to protect vulnerable individuals and deter such crimes in the future.
